1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Canalet (“the App”, “we”) handles information when you use the App on iOS or Android. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
2. Information We Collect
(a) Daily Challenge Scores When you complete a Daily Challenge, the following are sent to our backend service (Supabase) to rank you on the global leaderboard:
- Date of the challenge (YYYY-MM-DD)
- Clear time (in seconds)
- Undo count
- Reset count
- An anonymous device-generated identifier used only to deduplicate scores
We do not collect your name, email, contact list, location, or any other personal identifier in connection with these scores.
(b) Advertising Identifier (via Google AdMob) The App displays optional rewarded video ads to grant in-app hint items. Google AdMob may access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android) to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device settings at any time. We do not use ads for behavioral tracking across other apps or websites.
(c) Local-Only Data (SharedPreferences) Progress, settings, hint inventory, and per-puzzle clear state are stored only on your device using the platform’s standard preferences storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly back it up via iCloud / Google Drive at the OS level.

4. Children’s Privacy
The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for children. We do not perform behavioral tracking, do not request personal information, and do not display targeted advertising. Rewarded ads are limited to non-personalized formats where required by COPPA / GDPR-K. Parents who wish to disable advertising entirely should refrain from tapping the optional “Watch ad for hint” button.
5. Data Deletion Requests
Daily Challenge scores are stored anonymously and cannot be tied to an individual person. If you wish to have your device’s submitted scores removed, contact us with your device-generated identifier (visible in Settings → About) and we will delete the matching rows.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Canalet（以下「本アプリ」）が iOS / Android 上で ユーザーの情報をどのように扱うかを定めるものです。本アプリのご利用をもって、 以下の内容にご同意いただいたものとみなします。
2. 収集する情報
(a) デイリーチャレンジのスコア デイリーチャレンジをクリアすると、以下のデータがリーダーボード表示のために バックエンドサービス（Supabase）へ送信されます。
- 挑戦日（YYYY-MM-DD）
- クリアタイム（秒）
- Undo 回数
- Reset 回数
- スコア重複排除のための匿名の端末側識別子
氏名、メールアドレス、連絡先、位置情報、その他の個人を特定する情報は スコアに紐付けて収集しません。
(b) 広告識別子（Google AdMob 経由） 本アプリはヒントアイテムを得るための任意のリワード動画広告を表示します。 Google AdMob は広告配信および計測のために、端末の広告識別子（iOS の IDFA、 Android の GAID）にアクセスする場合があります。識別子はいつでも端末設定から リセット・制限できます。本アプリは広告を他アプリ・他サイトを横断する行動 追跡には使用しません。
(c) 端末内データ（SharedPreferences） 進捗、設定、ヒント所持数、各パズルのクリア状態は、プラットフォーム標準の 設定ストレージを使って 端末内のみ に保存されます。OS レベルで iCloud / Google Drive バックアップを有効にしない限り、これらのデータは端末から出ません。

4. 子どもへの配慮
本アプリは年齢区分 4+ で、子どもの利用にも配慮しています。行動追跡は行わず、 個人情報の入力も求めず、ターゲティング広告も表示しません。COPPA / GDPR-K の 要請がある地域では、リワード広告は非パーソナライズ形式に制限されます。 広告を完全に無効化したい場合は、任意の「広告を見てヒントを獲得」ボタンを タップしないでください。
5. データ削除のリクエスト
デイリーチャレンジのスコアは匿名で保存されており、個人を特定することは できません。ご自身の端末から送信されたスコアの削除をご希望の場合は、 端末側の匿名識別子（設定 → About にて表示）を添えてご連絡ください。 該当行を削除いたします。
